Welding Instructor

Kellogg Community College is seeking qualified applicants who have a passion to teach skilled trades students in welding and/or machining. This is a day-time, adjunct instructor position in Hastings with immediate availability. Minimum Qualifications
1. Demonstrated knowledge of and competency in basic industrial trades techniques and processes in accordance to the specific trade standards. Must be able to perform hands-on skill demonstrations.
2. A minimum of two (2) years of recent, work-related skilled trades experience.
*Please note that should you be considered for a role; you may be asked to provide additional documentation to substantiate your credentials to be a qualified instructor.
Preferred but not Required
1. Experience teaching at an educational institution; specifically, demonstrated hands-on industrial trades instruction skills.
2. Journeyman or USDOL apprenticeship certificate in related trade.
