Hastings Summerfest Vendor Application

The Hastings Summerfest Craft Show features handmade goods, unique arts, cottage foods*, and various products from local and regional artisans.  The Summerfest Craft show is held on the Barry County Courthouse lawn and takes place Friday-Sunday.

Please note:  

1. Ready-to-eat foods or beverages are prepared on-site.  Additionally, while there is a little space behind your tent for extra supplies, a 10x20 tent constitutes two (2) spaces, whether it is setup side-by-side or front-to-back.  Please pay accordingly. 

2. Booth locations cannot be guaranteed; all booth assignments are made at check-in. 

3. Parking is located within one block of the show.  Porta-potties are located behind the courthouse.

4. All entries must include three (3) photos of your art/craft/vendor item.  Photos must be submitted via email to kim@mibarry.com immediately after registration for your application to be accepted. 

5. You will receive a confirmation email once your application and payment has been submitted; however, your application is not considered "accepted" until full online payment has been received.
   
   A cottage food vendor in Michigan is an individual who prepares and packages non-potentially hazardous, shelf-stable foods in their primary residential home kitchen to sell directly to consumers.  A cottage food operation must comply with labeling and the other provisions in the Michigan Food Law, as well as other applicable state or federal laws, or local ordinances.
