Hastings Summerfest Vendor Application

The Hastings Summerfest Craft Show features handmade goods, unique arts, cottage foods, and various products from local and regional artisans.  The Summerfest Craft show is held on the Barry County Courthouse lawn and takes place Friday-Sunday.

Event Show Times:

Please note:  

1. Ready-to-eat foods or beverages are prepared on-site.  Additionally, while there is a little space behind your tent for extra supplies, a 10x20 tent constitutes two (2) spaces, whether it is setup side-by-side or front-to-back.  Please pay accordingly. 

2. Booth locations cannot be guaranteed; all booth assignments are made at check-in.

3. Parking is located within one block of the show.  Porta-potties are located behind the courthouse.

4. All entries must include three (3) photos of your art/craft/vendor item.  Photos must be submitted via email to kim@mibarry.com no later than five (5) business days after your online application has been submitted for your application to be accepted. 

5. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted; however, your application is not considered "accepted" until full-payment (either online or via check) has been received.

7. A $100 fee will be assessed for any non-sufficient funds (NSF) check.
